How to Handle Defective Products

If for any reason our fixtures stop working properly on the field, contact us with the original PO number and specific product information.  We will send you a replacement part or fixture within one business week.  Once the defective fixture is replaced, please send it to our warehouse for inspection.  


What Is Covered by cBright Warranty 

This product warranty is provided by cBright to the purchaser and end user of cBright products (powered by EncapLED modules).  cBright warrants that the Product will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of original purchase. The warranty is for repair and or replacement of the product for any defect resulting in 5% or more of inoperable components.  This warranty excludes field labor and service charges related to the repair or replacement of the Product. This warranty shall be void when loss or damage is caused by negligence; vandalism; alteration; misuse; improper installation; power surges; exposure to chemicals; or acts of nature.
